Starry Freezing Night

The clouds have dissappeared after the rain,
which has somehow extended the datedue of
drought. With the clouds gone, I can see the sky
very clearly, with the stars. It's amazing.
You don't get to see this in singapore, not unless
the goverment decides to demolish all HBDs and
cut down on all the street lights.

The amount of street lights will explain as to the
darkness here. But once you look up into
the sky, you will be thankful that it is kinda dark.
The sunsets here are as spectactular as well.

The second one was spectacular when seen LIVE.

We have taken a look around the area near by our
hostel, such as the small asian shops nearby, and also
Garden city.

Garden city?????

Ok, garden city is like for example, Toa Payoh has
HDB HUB, and Sembawang has Sun Plaza. It's about
the same. And we go to garden city to do our groceries.

And WE COOK??? YES. we do.

In order to go to Griffith University, where we are
attachached to, we would first need to climb this
slope up as griffith uni. campus is located on a hill,
something like Ngee Ann Poly but WAYyyy..
higher hill.

Next,
At the end? of the slope, you would need to climb
this flight of stairs,

And... so on as so forth, to save you from boredom.

Well, it seems that Sze Ho and Ben are not going to
move in with us, thus a new guy, Aziz from Brunei
moved in the day before. Well, and Hash, the other
Arab guy is going to move out in 10 days! Ernest and
Zeya doesn't seem to mind moving in. haha.
So i think it's rather great.

For the past sunday, I together with Nicole and Geraldine,
visited this Sunday Livestyle Market in Brisbane City.
It's quite cool.

I'm thinking of getting my sister a gift from here before
we leave. and maybe some of the peeps i know.

There was also this mini-open air stadium nearby,
and there was a rock band playing for free.
They are so professional. Unlike Singaporeans,
who are much-oh ok lor and just stare and watch-
to this kind of stuff, the Australians they clap to the
rythum when not even prompted to do so and after
the performance, they cheer and clap appreciative-ly.

Back to the point, the intended purpose was to visit
a FRESH market. A fresh market is where farmers
come to this area of land to sell their veg. and fruits
and live stock (i think). We asked our in-charge of the
hostel, Narrell, and she asked us to visit this market.
So, upon arrival at the above market, we totally -_-"'..

After the visit, we still decide to take a look how the
Fresh Market at Mt Gravett, which is much nearer
to our place. In which to our dissapointment, the
market ended. It's only from 6am to 12pm.
And we were waiting for a bus to go back to garden
city and we saw this :

I totally have no idea what it means but Cool right? haha.
