What Do You DO?
I'm very sorry for the very lag in the
updates. hehe. lazy as hell i am.

Some updates on how things are now.

I've like another one and a half weeks to go
before i leave here for tasmania!
WHOOPEE!!!
And i'm feeling rather sad that i'm leaving.
Bye to-climb up the hill to Griffith-days.

First things first,

Ernest shaved his head.

And i had a hair cut too!
The rest says i like never cut my hair like that.

But the hairstylist made it look so nice!
I was very happy for the rest of the day,
until i washed my hair and it looked like shit,

no matter how i tried to style it.

Also,
My sister sent me a parcel,
before she went to vienna for

her summer sch student exchange,
on the 9th? of July.
It only reached me one month later,
3rd of August, the day we set off for gold coast.

And no i couldn't be the australian post people,
as Nicole mentions it take only like 3-4 days for
mail to reach singapore. -bleh-

oh yes. Kenneth was asking me:
"Are you actually on attachment?"
hehe. Cause it's like if i keep posting
attachment pics very sian lah. hehe.
So here are the pics of some of the stuff
that happens:

Basically, i'm working the anerobic bacteria stuff,
so sometimes we would be required to do the culturing

in the anerobic chamber, it's this big bubble full of hydrogen,
nitrogen gas. and you will have the wear that gloves
which makes you extremely clumsy. I don't really like
using the hood.

And sometimes we have Prof. Bharat guiding us in
some of the culturing techniques:

He's really a very nice person.

On 02/08, it was
SZE HO's BIRTHDAY!!!
We went to raid his room, when
he was asleep at 12.08am.
it's was freaking funny.
there's actually a video for it.
but stupid youtube states only
can upload 100mb. wah lao.

What actually happened was that,
when he was asleep,
we crept into his room,

and tried using ways to make him wake up
, such as using Zeya's radioactive socks and
wave it in from of his face, also using lettuce
(Sze Ho's biggest enemy) to stuff into the mouth,
which did make him wake up.
He was kinda shocked. I guess.
Ask the video from me.
That's if you can catch me.
WUAHAHAHAHA..
-hehe-

And while some of us tried to distract him,
marcus and sze ho, tried to give him a suprise,

in his shoes.

hehe. I don't know if you can see it,
it's actually lettuce stuffed in his shoes.

Later in the day, after our attachment,
we proceeded to Garden City to actually
do our usual groceries..
During dinner, we all decided to suprise
Sze Ho and Gerri with their birthday gifts.
Gerri's birthday is 6 days after Sze Ho.

The present was actually for gerri,
but marcus tricked Sze ho into thinking that it's
his present. Hehe. how evil.

Then we later revealed the present was for gerri,
which totally shocked her. Sze Ho was -diao-.

And this time, we tricked Sze Ho again,

by giving him a packet of plastic toys,
Cowboy vs Indians as a 'real present'
which costs only $1. LOL!!!

We also state he must play with the toys,
in order to get his REAL present.
In which he embaressingly did,
and Ben also joined in the fun.

And this is a short video of Sze Ho
finally receiving the real present,
but he was given a challenge,
to guess what was his present, otherwise..


Later in the night we suprised them again,
with a cake. A chocolate fudge cake.
It was extremely good.

We couldn't find any smaller
candles. So. Opps. hehe.

Then we had to wait for the 2 birthday pals to
blow out their candles. about 10 mintues.

They finally decided to blow out the candles,
to stop the embaressment.

And Marcus was rejected when he
offered to help Gerri.. Awww.. sad...

Guess where am I?

I'm now at GOLD COAST!!!,
staying at Aquarius Backbackers.
Very cool place. will post pics soon.

We just reached here last night,
and we actually missed our stop.
I was at fault as i was organizer.

Which resulted to us having to walk
abt 3km before reaching our hostel.
Sorry people.
I think they all are still asleep.
Just needed to use the comp to confirm
the actualy locations of the attractions
we are going to visit today.
And today we are heading for
SURFER's PARADISE!

We all are going to be here for another 2 nights.
Hope it all turns out GOOD!!

I'm extremely excited.
My first time here and we didn't
even depend on a tour guide.
haha. *BEAMING-PROUD-*
